Disha conducts psychometric testing services across the academic year for students and professionals seeking structured career guidance. Our psychometric services include:
1. Career Assessment Tests
We administer scientifically validated tests to measure multiple aspects such as aptitude, interest areas, personality dimensions, and emotional intelligence. These assessments provide a comprehensive view of an individual’s strengths and areas for development.
2. Personalized Counseling Based on Results
After the tests, detailed one-on-one counseling sessions are conducted to interpret the results, discuss career implications, and recommend suitable career paths, educational options or skill development opportunities.
