PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Career Counseling program is designed to empower students to make informed academic and career choices with confidence. Through a blend of counseling sessions, workshops, and interactive activities, we help students understand their interests, strengths and the wide array of career options available. Our approach integrates career planning strategies with real-world exposure, enabling students to set clear goals for their future education and career paths.
Disha offers career guidance activities throughout the academic year, focusing on the crucial developmental stage of students in classes IX and X. Our services include:
1. Career-Based Workshops
We conduct interactive workshops using audio- visual aids to introduce students to various career streams, skill sets, and future industry trends. These sessions promote self-discovery and help students explore potential career paths early.
2. Individual Counseling Sessions
Personalized, scientific counseling is provided to students, helping them align their passions and strengths with suitable academic and career options. Referral-based students receive in-depth guidance with the involvement of parents and school staff.
3. Career Orientation Talks
We organize talks with professionals from diverse industries to give students real-world exposure to different career possibilities. These sessions offer firsthand insights into job roles, qualifications and career growth.
