FOR PARENTS : Positive Parenting Workshop
DISHA Organizes parenting workshop not just for young and inexperienced parents but for every one who want to be a better parent. The parenting education model is based on principles of active learning. DISHA, in its programme utilizes current research based on best practices of parenting education. Parenting programmes have a positive impact on children, when parents increase their leads and quality of interactions with their children. Children become better prepared for school and personal success. The parenting workshop are avilable in following three phases. the schools can opt accordingly.

The career guidance workshops provide a broad overview of the numerous career options avilable to the students of each stream with an introduction to career planning. The interactive workshop using A-V aids assist students in identifying career options and appropriate higher education routes, thus enabling them to determine the steps they need to take to equip themselves to face the challenges at work and life. SCHOOL BASED COUNSELING (SBC)
Spread round the session
DISHA present a series of career related activities across the school year for the student of class IX and X to help them in preparing for the future in the world of work. The school based counseling is available for regular students of class IX and X . It offers;
Career Based Lectures (CBL)
A Series of six modules of 90 min each is delivered to the students. The Interactive session sensitizes the students with various aspects of career planning and its importance.
Counseling Session
Scientific Counseling is provided only to the "referral students". The assistance of the school staff, parents and school administration is required during the course.
Professional Visit
Career Orientation Talk by 3-4 professionals from different fields and industry is organized for the participant students during the session.
Duration & Time
The School counseling (SBC) is spread for 06 month within an academic year. i.e. from July to December. The counselor is available on weekly basis. The annual fee is charged by each student.
